2 Bedrooms with 2 1/2 Bathrooms. The Master Suite includes a bonus room that can be used as a dressing area. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and twin size bunk beds. The downstairs living room has a brand new memory foam sleeper sofa!

This beautiful home was newly furnished (brand new furniture, appliances, you name it!).  All bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs you will find the half bath along with the living/dining/kitchen and laundry room.

☆ BEACH GEAR is included - wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and various beach toys (sling floats, boogie boards, sand toys) are in the back patio box for you to use!

☆ POOL in your backyard - community pool (heated seasonally) within steps of your back door!  No need to drag all the gear to the pool.  This is especially great for families with kids or for our older guests.  Grandparents/adults can barbecue and relax with a drink in hand on the back patio while watching the kids have fun at the pool.

☆ PRIVATE BACK PATIO WITH GRILL - enjoy the beautiful summer nights while firing up the charcoal grill!  Our comfy sectional sofa & dining table make it great to enjoy meals outdoors and relax under the stars.

☆ PARKING - 2 assigned parking spots just outside your front door.  No long walks to a parking garage or waiting for the packed elevators!

☆ CONVENIENCE - you can walk to Applebee's (2 min walk) for a quick bite to eat.  Walmart SuperCenter (3 min drive) & Publix (5 min drive) are very close to where you will stay, which makes it convenient to pick up groceries curbside or even have them delivered!  There are several other restaurants on the strip that are within walking distance.

☆  Ice Bag Vending Machines - the on site vending machines make it easy to grab a few bags and keep in the freezer for your drinks and cooler while enjoying the beach.
